More than just an office building.

1025 Hamilton is more than just an office building – it's a neighborhood, and any good neighborhood comes with amenities for the locals. When we renovated 1025 Hamilton, we engaged Mural Arts and PHS Pop Up Garden to join our community.

PHS Pop Up

@ The Viaduct Rail Park

Located at the Viaduct Rail Park, 10th & Hamilton Streets, the garden will transform an unlikely space into a fabulous community asset in a historic neighborhood that is undergoing a creative rebirth from June 1 to September 30.

The design of the Pop Up Garden at the Viaduct Rail Park is a merging of the overhead rail structure with green urban space, inspired by railroad cars and remnants of what had been an abandoned site, and it seeks to engage visitors with the emerging ecology and cultural history of the rail line. The installation explores the rail site’s cultural heritage and creative potential. The Pop Up will also feature a stretch of Philadelphia’s new ball toss game, Stones, created by the Philly Stones League, which borrows from bocce, chess and other games.

Mural Arts Rotating Gallery

Spring Arts Outdoor Mural Gallery

Welcome to Mural Arts’ first outdoor rotating gallery. The Callowhill North area, a post-industrial neighborhood, has provided an amazing canvas for artists to dream big and to infuse its many untouched walls with boundless imagination. The inaugural participating artists from this collaboration between Mural Arts and Arts + Crafts Holdings hail from Philadelphia and around the world, and represent a new wave of emerging talent: Matt Moore, Kid Hazo, Ryan Beck, Miriam Singer, Andrew Jeffrey Wright, Hawk Krall, and Martha Rich. The artists will also be highlighted in a fall exhibition at 990 Spring Garden, right around the corner from their new public artworks.
